We took our Frankford to the beach for the first time and the difference was incredible. The sand beneath the umbrella was actually cool. Sturdy, well-made. It was a windy day and the people around us were struggling to keep their umbrella from flapping away, but ours barely moved. Growing up and living over 30 years in Florida, I have owned lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Hands down, this is the best umbrella and set of beach chairs I have ever owned! Honestly, it seems to be at least 20 degrees cooler under the Frankford umbrella. The chairs are very comfortable, and both the chairs and the umbrella are very easy to set up and take down.
